The information in this Site is provided as a courtesy by NOURISH MY SOUL. References to specific products, processes or services do not constitute or imply recommendation or endorsement by My NOURISH MY SOUL. There are several kinds of information we collect. For all visitors to the Site, we collect and log your IP address. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. We collect IP address information to better administer our system and to gather aggregate information on visitors to our site, on how our site is being used, and on the pages visitors are viewing. This aggregate information may be shared with other organizations. To maintain your anonymity, we do not associate IP addresses with records containing personal information; however, third party sites affiliated with operations of Nourish My Soul may collect this data. We may use IP address information, however, to personally identify you in order to enforce our legal rights or when required to do so by law enforcement authorities.

We may also place small data files, called "cookies," in the browser file of your computer's hard drive. These cookies automatically identify your browser to our server when you interact with the Site. Most browsers automatically accept these cookies. We may use cookies to determine whether you are logged in to the Site, and to temporarily store application data.
Personal Information
We collect personal information that you choose to share with us on the Site. This information may include your name and name of your spouse, your email address(es), your home and/or business address, and your answers to questions hosted within the forms of our Site. This information will only be collected with your permission.
Payments
You do not need to create an account in order to make a payment to Nourish My Soul, however, you are required to provide at a minimum your name, address, phone number, email address and identifying data regarding your credit card. For information about the handling of your credit card information, please see the section below (Security of Your Information)
Security of Your Information
We take appropriate steps to protect the security of your personal information. We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: unauthorized access; improper use or disclosure; unauthorized modification; and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Our Directors, Staff and Volunteer Partnerships who have access to, and are associated with processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitor's personal data.
Information for Online Transactions
Some areas of the Site may allow you to make online Payments or other transactions. In connection with such transactions, we collect data necessary to complete the transaction and other information that is furnished by you. This information may be furnished to a third party in order to facilitate the transaction. All sensitive information (such as your credit card information) provided to Nourish My Soul through our website is transmitted either to us or to our credit card processor which are PayPal, Stripe, SquareUp and/or other payment collection sites - see Stripe privacy notice - see SquareUp privacy notice). No credit card information is stored on our site. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and information access authorization controls.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can ever be 100% secure; we cannot ensure or completely guarantee the security of such information.

Surveys
At times, you may be asked to complete survey questions that appear on the Site. If you agree to participate in the survey, you will be asked to review and accept certain additional terms and conditions relating to use of the information you furnish, which may include personally identifiable information. Any survey terms and conditions are in addition to the Privacy Policies set forth in this Agreement.
E-mail Communications, Newsletters and Related Sites
The Site provides you with the opportunity to receive communications from us or third parties. Once you have decided to receive such communications, you may later decide to stop receiving them. To stop receiving communications, email info@nourishmysoulsretreats.org. Please be aware that e-mail communications may not be secure and may be susceptible to interception by third parties.
Aggregate Information
We use general traffic, site usage, and length of stay information for statistical reporting and may share such reports with organizations with which we have a business relationship, i.e. our web host Wix.com. This aggregate information does not personally identify you.
Other Information
There are occasions when we will ask for additional information, such as professional specialties, interests, title, or your organizational affiliation. We do this to better understand and respond to your needs, and provide you with benefits that may be valuable to you.
Use of Information
Your information will be used to issue invoices, administer accounts, collect and process payments and to send information to you about Nourish My Soul and our programs. You may opt-out of mailings (both postal and email) at any time if you do not wish to receive non-business critical information from us.
Nourish My Soul will not sell your email address for commercial purposes, however, to support our fundraising and awareness efforts and within our community outreach programs we may provide your personal information to third party organizations to support these efforts toward fulfilling our Mission Statement. By using this Site, donating to our cause and contacting us, you expressly agree to the knowledge that your information may be shared.

Limitation of Liability
The fulfillment of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, governmental regulation, disaster, hurricane, flood, influential terrorist attacks, strikes, civil disorder, and curtailment of required transportation, or other emergencies making it impossible to travel will result in a credit being issued for a future retreat.

I, The Participant, by the action of donating to participate in a Soul Retreat, the undersigned, authorize My Soul Wear LLC dba Krystal Tini TV, also known as KrystalTinitv.com & KrystalTini.com, Nourish My Soul, Nourish My Soul Soul Retreats, Free Humanity {aka “Krystal Tini”) its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns (“Soul Retreats”) to make use of my appearance and likeness. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I agree that Nourish My Soul may film and/or photograph me, and record my voice, conversation and sounds, including any performance of any musical composition(s), in connection with my participation. I understand that Nourish My Soul will be the sole owner of the results and proceeds of such filming, photographing and recording (“Materials”) with the exclusive right, throughout the world, including copyright, to use and to license others to use all or any portion of the Materials, whether in connection with the Event, Show or otherwise. Nourish My Soul is not obligated to use the Materials in the Event, Show. I further agree that Krystal Tini TV may use and license others to use the Materials, my name, voice, likeness, mannerisms, characteristics and any other biographical material concerning me for promotion, advertising, sale, re-creations of events in connection with the NONPROFIT or otherwise throughout the universe, in all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity. I further represent that any factual statements made by me during my participation are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither my participation nor any statements made by me will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party. I waive any right of inspection or approval of my appearance , including any Materials related to my participation in the event. I acknowledge that Nourish My Soul will rely on this permission, potentially at substantial cost to Nourish My Soul, Soul Retreats, and/or Krystal Tini TV, and I agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever (including any claims for injunctive relief or money damages, all of which I hereby knowingly waive) against anyone relating to the exercise of this permission or to the use of the Materials by Krystal Tini TV/Nourish My Soul, or with the consent of Krystal Tini TV/Nourish My Soul.
I agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold Nourish My Soul and My Soul Mat LLC harmless from any and all claims, demands, costs (including outside attorneys’ fees) and causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever now and in the future, including without limitation defamation, bodily harm, infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy, arising out of or in connection with my appearance, statements or actions in or in connection with my participation in the event, a Soul Retreat.
I agree not to issue any press releases or other public statements, or speak to the press about the event or my involvement in the event without Nourish My Soul's prior written permission.
I am 18 years of age and competent to contract in my own name.
